Why does my life look fine…but feel off when I’m actually living it?

There are moments people don’t talk about because they don’t quite know how to explain them. You can be going through a completely normal day, doing what you’ve always done, and something just feels slightly out of place in a way you can’t point to.

While it’s nothing loud, it’s more like catching yourself mid-thought and realizing you don’t feel as connected to your own life as you expected to by now.

That’s what makes it so unsettling. You didn’t end up here by accident. There are choices behind this life, years behind it, people who matter inside it. And still, there are moments where it feels like you’re moving through something you built instead of fully being inside of it.

When that thought shows up, most people don’t stay with it very long. They get busy again. They explain it away. They tell themselves it’s just part of getting older or having more responsibility.

But that question tends to come back.

And when it does, it usually carries something deeper with it. Not only “why does this feel off,” but “what does it say about me if this is the life I chose?”

That’s the space this week’s segment stays in.

If that question stayed with you, watch the full segment. below.
